After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Skareg Bhineiris struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Brir Frot Vrët as a prison colony.
Brir Frot Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Brir Frot Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Brir Frot Vrët is buildings are located arround a single broad packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Brir Frot Vrët weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Brir Frot Vrët's budget focused millitary grade defenses are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
A look around Brir Frot Vrët shows Brir Frot Vrët as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Brir Frot Vrët places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.
